Platform Overview
Tradeslynt is a local-first trading journal desktop app. You can log trades manually, import broker executions, review rule adherence, and analyze process quality over time.
Recommended quick start
Section titled “Recommended quick start”- Open Settings and set your account name.
- Build your strategy structure in Rulesets.
- Add trades manually or use Broker Import.
- Review each trade and update checks in the rules tab.
- Add context in Trade Logs.
- Use Dashboard regularly for KPI and process review.
Core navigation model
Section titled “Core navigation model”- Dashboard for analytics and trend monitoring.
- Trades for position and lot-level journal operations.
- Rulesets for strategy and rule management.
- Settings for account lifecycle and symbol mappings.
Data and safety principles
Section titled “Data and safety principles”- The app stores data locally.
- There is no automatic cloud sync.
- Export
.tradeslyntbackups regularly. - Account switches require saving first to prevent accidental data loss.
